Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To request a return, customers must contact our customer support team before sending any products back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

For single-bottle orders, the bottle may be opened and must be returned.

For multi-bottle orders, no more than one bottle may be opened. All remaining bottles must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to customer support with photos of the product and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return does not meet the conditions described above.
