Refund policy

Returns: Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their order to request a return.

For bundle purchases, only 1 product may be opened/used for the return to be eligible. If more than 1 product from the bundle has been opened, the order is not eligible for a return or refund.

The customer must send the products/package back to us first. Once the returned package has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued.
